金網は螺線（スパイラル）同士を組み合わせ、中央交差部分に直線のロッドを通したベルト。
この構造と独自のスパイラルの角度により、抗張力が特に強くなっています。この金網はベルトの伸びや歪みが小さく、耐熱ベルトとして最適です。
The RR Type features woven spirals reinforced with straight rods at the center intersecting part. A combination of this construction and the angle of our own exclusive spirals gives the belt superior tensile strength. Stretching and bending is minimal, and the belt is heat resistant.

コンベアー用金網（メッシュベルト）はスパイラル(螺線）とロッド（力骨）を組み合わせてできています。この２つの種類（形状・線径・ピッチ）により、様々なタイプが可能です。それを一目でわかるように当社では下記のように表示方法を統一しています。
Our mesh belts are made of a combi-nation of spiral and rod, of which there are a variety of types (shape, diameter, pitch). We use the follovving stand-ardized expressions to let you know which is which at a glance.
線径とピッチは0.1ｍｍ単位で製作できます。
当社には標準仕様と呼ばれるよく出る金網の規格がありますので参考にして下さい。
