金網は同一の螺線（スパイラル）を二重に組み合わせたものを一体とし、それを右螺線・左螺線と交互に組み合わせ、クリンプのロッドを通したベルト。
金網の網目が少々目が粗くてもスパイラルとロッドがかみ合って蛇行しにくく、Dタイプのものより大きな目合いが可能です
Features a combination of double woven left and right spirals with inserted crimped rods. Although the mesh openings for this type are slightly larger than others, the spirals and rods mesh well and do not meander. The DB Type features larger mesh openings than the D Type.

Our mesh belts are made of a combi-nation of spiral and rod, of which there are a variety of types (shape, diameter, pitch). We use the follovving stand-ardized expressions to let you know which is which at a glance.
線径とピッチは0.1ｍｍ単位で製作できます。
当社には標準仕様と呼ばれるよく出る金網の規格がありますので参考にして下さい。
